A 5-year collective agreement has been ratified at Lafarge Saint-Constant.
“The negotiating committee, composed of Christian Dubois and Christian Hamelin negotiated hard to obtain significant gains. They did a great job,” said Pierre-André Blanchard, President of Local Union 931.
Significant wage gains, the addition of sick days, improvements to the RRSP, group insurance and vacation time were obtained for these 10 quarry employees. With such a collective agreement, the group declared itself proud to be Teamsters!
