Negotiations to renew your collective agreement concluded today with the company making a final offer. This comes after seven consecutive days of intense talks in Toronto, from Sunday, September 13 to Saturday, September 19.
Your bargaining committee will be taking the company’s offer back to you for a vote. An information package containing the full offer, a cover letter and voting instructions is currently being put together and will be sent to you by mail over the coming weeks. Please also watch for more information directly from your local union.
The vote on the offer will be conducted by online and telephone voting.
As always, future updates will continue to be posted in the workplace and on teamsters.ca/UPS over the coming weeks.
